Championing Opportunites for All
Schools Outreach
Through school visits, we engage students in conversations about life after education, sharing our first-hand experiences in consulting, and leading interactive exercises that bring awareness to and help them explore future career pathways
Mentorship
Our consultants volunteer with the Social Mobility Foundation, supporting students from low socio-economic in securing employment opportunities
University Pathways
We connect with students via career fairs and society-led workshops, promoting equal access to consulting careers. Initiatives like our Women in Consulting Spring Week also help address gender and socio-economic barriers.
Diverse Recruitment
We utilise blind recruitment processes and ensure different team members conduct each interview stage, aiming to reduce systemic barriers for underrepresented groups
Supporting Our Community
Employee Volunteering
All our employees get an annual volunteering days allowance to participate in community transformation initiatives of their choice
We also organise team volunteering days, in the past this has included supporting volunteering Camden Food Bank
Pro-Bono Consulting
We offer free consulting hours to charities that align with our values and prioritise social mobility in our initiatives, catalysing positive change
Some of the things we've been up to ...

Camden Food Bank winter leafletting campaign
Before Christmas, our team stepped away from strategy and analytics to support Camden Food Bank. We spent the day volunteering with the organisation, helping with its leafleting campaign to raise awareness and encourage donations. We reached over 600 homes, spreading the word about the essential work Camden Food Bank does to support local families in need.

Women in Consulting Spring Week
We recently hosted our first Women in Consulting Spring Week, welcoming three talented students to our DVS office for an inside look at consulting careers. They took part in strategy and data workshops, a live client simulation, and networking sessions. We were impressed by their enthusiasm and are excited to keep championing diversity in our industry!

careers Talk at Goresbrook school
We recently visited a local sixth form to introduce students to the world of consulting and share how we each found our way into the industry. As part of the session, the students worked through a classic consulting problem, giving them a practical insight into the kind of challenges we help clients solve.

University Events Across the 24/25 academic year
To raise awareness of opportunities at DVS and in consulting more broadly, we’ve hosted and attended our first round of university events across the 2024/25 academic year. Highlights include a case workshop at Manchester Business School, the Maths at Work events at Bristol and Warwick, and various careers fairs across London and beyond.
