The same international client opened a new line of business manufacturing precious stones and asked us to create a pricing model on the manufactured goods, displaying wholesale and retail price ranges.
We worked with the CFO and COO to understand the pricing structures around client types and the intricacies of the industry, then combined data from multiple APIs and marketplace sources, supplemented by our own models, into a live feed of prices. We tested the consolidation with code to approximate prices and run validations, then automated the system and connected it to internal systems for regular price updates.
