The situation.

A technology firm providing a mobile app to B2B customers held a wealth of time-series and geographic data but had no way to leverage it. A basic data platform was in place, yet commercial insight was limited.

The process.

We ran a detailed behavioural and usage analysis to understand the drivers of product adoption, and transformed raw geospatial data into human-interpretable zones. On top of that we delivered AI-based email notifications to underlying customers about usage and opportunities.

The outcome.

The AI-based emails now provide partners with personalised insights that drive product usage and enhance network effects, and the team can dynamically adjust operations based on real-time patterns, improving operational efficiency and fulfilment.
