The situation.

A UK-based logistics marketplace wanted to make more data-led decisions, but inaccurate data and manual human processes were creating inefficiency.

The process.

We modelled the most efficient data for dashboarding and brought structured and semi-structured data together into a single view. We then implemented an Azure-based flow from the data warehouse to the operational front end and built a proof-of-concept ML tool to remove human-in-the-loop decisions in future.

The outcome.

The fully implemented tool now supports data-led decision making across the brokerage team and improved the quality of the client experience in 60% of cases, where humans had not been making the optimal decision.
