The situation.

A retailer and wholesaler specialising in children's clothing needed to review its multi-year strategic plan, after recent acquisitions and a rapidly changing market landscape.

The process.

We conducted internal analysis to understand the key customer and product segments where the business was winning and losing, and built wholesale and retail market models to benchmark performance against the market and key competitors. We delivered an internal performance fact pack identifying the drivers of recent organic and inorganic growth, alongside a competitor and market report.

The outcome.

We proportioned the three-year change in revenue into its underlying drivers, identifying the factors critical to strategic planning, and provided a forecast market landscape so the multi-year strategy could be developed with expected future shifts in mind.
