DVS is a startup consultancy, uniquely positioned at the intersection of data analytics and commercial strategy.
We work on a variety of project types and across industries, answering their most important strategic questions through the use of data. Our projects range from devising pricing and commercial strategies to building decision-support tools for clients ranging from mid-market PE to FTSE 100 businesses.
You’ll work on challenging and varied engagements which address the key strategic issues businesses face. Working alongside colleagues who have significant consulting and data experience, having worked in organisations such as OC&C, IBM, Monitor Deloitte and Capgemini.

What benefits does DVS offer?
At DVS, we offer a competitive base salary along with a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Additionally, as you progress within the company, there may be opportunities to gain equity in the business. We also provide other benefits such as salary sacrifice pension schemes, one month allowance to “work from anywhere”, and professional development opportunities.
How does DVS support the team's career and personal development?
DVS we are committed to the growth of our employees through both internal and external training programs. For internal training, we are developing pathways for commercial and technical skills that cater to all levels, helping everyone achieve their career goals. For external training, we are exploring partnerships with external providers and have set aside a discretionary budget for team members to reimburse costs for courses or certifications they wish to pursue independently.
Additionally, we provide robust support systems, including cohort lunches, assigned career coaches, and a regular performance appraisal / feedback process.
What are the working arrangements at DVS?
Three days per week in the office, typically on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and Thursday, with flexibility depending on the role. For contract positions, this may vary, with one to two office days per week discussed on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we offer a “work from anywhere” policy for one month each year, allowing employees to work remotely from any location.

What qualifications do I need to work at DVS?
We look for candidates with a range of qualifications but for non-graduate roles , a background in consulting, data analysis, or relevant technical expertise is beneficial.
How will I know if my application has been received?

Do you support visa sponsorships?
DVS requires all applicants to have the right to work in the UK from the start of employment in September 2026. International students currently in the UK can usually work under the Graduate Visa route. We’re open to providing visa sponsorship once the Graduate Visa ends, but we’re unable to sponsor candidates who don’t have the right to work at the time the role begins.
Can I re-apply for a position at DVS?
We kindly ask that candidates wait twelve months from the date of their initial application before re-applying. If you apply before this time has passed, it will be automatically rejected.
